I have been working in the health care setting since 2008. I have got vast experience in Health care settings. I have spent my whole professional career in Tower Hamlets and built a professional bonding with the local community. Over the period of time I have identified a huge market gap in providing services to the vulnerable people.

My last job as a Project Manager to lead the project team and to facilitate the smooth running of provision of a range of domiciliary care services to clients old and young alike is a testament of my strong leadership and management capabilities developed through my predecessor roles. As a director I will ensure all supervision, ensure that work undertaken is conducted in a manner which is safe to staff and clients, ensure that services provided are sensitive to the differing cultural needs, and promote ethnically sensitive practices.

Training: Registered, Qualified & Confident in delivering training in Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, Fire Safety, Emergency First Aid, Food Hygiene, Communication, Learning Disability, Dementia, Autism, Care Certificate etc.

Project Management: Competent project manager and holder of Merchandising Diploma in Project Management with experience of full project lifecycle

Planning Skills: A logical and analytical approach to planning and preparation demonstrated throughout previous project involvement.

Organizational Skills: Capable of prioritising effectively and managing workload.

Academic Writing: Written study guides & qualification modules for C&G, EDI, ATHE and it has been approved by the respected awarding organization.

Budgeting: Experience on budgeting & organising events on time and within budget.

Human Resource Management: Experience and skilled in analysing staffs training needs (TNA) to produce Personal Development Plan (PDP) and conducting Staff supervision and appraisal. Able to advice on staff and student career development.

Quality Assurance: Qualified, confidence and experience Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) / Internal Verifier (IV) also working as Internal Audit for ISO9001 Quality Assurance.

Care Manager: I have completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (QCF) so that I can be a register manager with CQC
